Weiyu WU Co-elected as Deputy Director of the Legal Risk and Compliance Management Committee by Beijing Bar Association

On March 1, 2022, as resolved by the Forty-second Presidential Meeting of the Eleventh Beijing Lawyers Association: According to the work requirements of the Municipal Bar Association, Weiyu WU from Hylands was co-elected as Deputy Director of the Legal Risk and Compliance Management Special Committee of the Beijing Bar Association. 

The Legal Affairs Committee of Legal Risk and Compliance Management of Beijing Bar Association is a permanent body of Beijing Bar Association responsible for business guidance and theoretical research in the field of legal risk and compliance management. The responsibilities are to launch theoretical discussions and arguments on cutting-edge legal issues and popular social legal issues in the field of legal risk and compliance management, propose opinions and suggestions to legislative, judicial and administrative organs on legislation and law implementation, coordinate with related government departments and judicial organs according to the requirements of the Municipal Bar Association, provide legal opinions and suggestions for the activities of related government departments, activities of judicial organs or unexpected events, formulate business operation guidelines within the industry, and provide business guidance and training to members of the Municipal Bar Association.
