Zhichun WEN Elected as Member of the Thirteenth CPPCC Changsha Committee

On November 12, the Thirty-fourth Session of the Standing Committee of the Twelfth CPPCC Changsha Municipal Committee was closed, and the meeting adopted the list of members of the Thirteenth CPPCC Changsha Municipal Committee, and Zhichun WEN, Director of Changsha Office of Hao Tian Xin He Law Firm, was elected as a member of the Thirteenth CPPCC Changsha Municipal Committee. 

As Representative of the Fifteenth Changsha Municipal People's Congress and Member of the Legal Committee of the Changsha Municipal People's Congress, Director Zhichuan WEN has actively contributed to the promotion of the rule of law in Changsha, and has proposed a number of amendments to regulations and opinions of the People' s Congress: 10 opinions were proposed in the Regulations on the Protection of Ecological and Human Resources in the Dawei Mountain Area of Changsha, of which 8 were adopted; the proposal on Further Improving the Business Environment of Changsha was rated as an excellent proposal by the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress; the Proposal on Accelerating the "System Innovation" of Changsha Free Trade Zone was published in the Decision-making Consultation sponsored by the municipal government. Director Zhichun WEN expressed that, as a newly elected CPPCC Member, he would continue to combine the characteristics of his expertise, make the best use of his professional strengths, actively participate in political affairs, convey social opinions, and practice his duties and missions with practical actions. 

In October this year, Meifang SUN, Director of Hylands Changsha Office, was elected as Representative of the People's Congress of Yuhua District, and Hui YANG was elected as a member of the CPPCC of Yuhua District, meanwhile, as a liaison station of basic level legislation, Hylands will always do its duty to fulfill its social responsibility and make more contribution to the promotion of socialist rule of law and the promotion of the rule of law in Hunan!
