Jiehua RUI currently serves as Partner of Hylands Law Firm and is Member of the Bankruptcy and Liquidation Law Committee of Beijing Bar Association. In her 13 years of practice, Jiehua RUI has mainly engaged in corporate bankruptcy restructuring and liquidation, M&A restructuring and investment financing, banking and finance. She has been engaged in a number of large-scale cases of bankruptcy restructuring, bankruptcy settlement, bankruptcy liquidation and debt reorganization as the administrator for large enterprises, legal advisor to the creditors' committee of financial institutions, as well as legal advisor to restructuring investors, etc. She has participated in many influential bankruptcy restructuring, bankruptcy settlement, bankruptcy liquidation and debt restructuring cases of large enterprises nationwide from multiple perspectives.
