Green Seedling Program
‘Sapling Program’ is an intern training program for outstanding law students carried out by Hylands. Students participating in this program can get systematic professional legal training, have the opportunity to join in Hylands core business group, engage in Hylands high-quality projects and major cases, get in touch with cutting-edge legal knowledge and business practices in various fields, and broaden their horizons of professional knowledge and experience.

We want you to
1. Graduate from law school (bachelor’s degree or master's degree);
2. Have good English language skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
3. Have team spirit and good communication and coordination abilities;
4. Handle pressure and overcome challenges;
5. Those who pass the legal professional qualification examination are preferred.
