Ms. Cheng has extensive experience in investment and merger, litigation and arbitration, environmental protection, and she focuses on mineral resources, energy and electricity, banking and finance and other industries. 

Ms. Cheng has provided legal services for the merger and reorganization of dozens of coal mining enterprise projects of Shanxi Jinmei Group. In recent years, she has provided legal services for the M&A of new energy projects for many large enterprises such as Longyuan Power Group and Huaneng International Power, inc. 

The dispute settlement cases Ms. Cheng handled involve oil and gas cooperative exploration and development, mining rights disputes, construction projects, equity transfer, financial loans, private loans, cancellation of company resolutions, factoring, leasing, compulsory enforcement of notarized creditor's rights documents, etc.
