As one of the first batch of lawyers capable of working in English and specializing in international business since the re-establishment of the lawyer system in China, Mr. Jiang’s legal practice focused on foreign direct investment, M&A, banking and real estate development. He has accumulated rich experience in cross-border investment and international civil and business activities, and has been named as a Leading Lawyer in Asia for many years.
